Shipping and Delivery
Your items will ship out between 3-5 days of completed purchase. All deliveries will occur Monday – Friday excluding public holidays.
Domestic orders will be shipped with Australia Post. International orders may be shipped by either Australia post or another third party provider at the discretion of our freight partner.Please note that payment must be finalised (eg. credit card authorisation and verification received) prior to your items being shipped.
For international orders, delivery depends largely on the receiving country’s postal service. Shipment outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes which the purchaser is responsible for upon receipt of the goods. Please consult your local customs office for more details on duties and taxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted conditionally, in line with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. To request a refund or an exchange you must first contact us. Please email email@example.com with either “Exchange” or “Refund” in the subject line. Please include the following information in your email:
•Name, address, phone number, email
•Original purchased product
•Date of purchase
•Reason for refund / exchange request
•If applicable, exchange for which product
•“Ship To” info if different from above
We may exchange or conditionally refund (outside of ACCC requirements) within 30 days of ship date for international orders or 15 days of ship date for domestic orders. There are no exchanges or conditional refunds on sale or discounted items.
Returned items where it is at our discretion to refund or exchange must be in original condition,unworn, unwashed and must have all original swing tags, labels and packaging. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Where an exchange or refund is granted it will be shipped out within 5-7 days of the transaction being finalised, provided the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock we will notify you. If a refund has been granted funds will be returned to the account from which the item was purchased. Please note that returning funds usually takes 5-7 days to appear in the account (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds)
